The Copyright Clearance Center provides copyright licensing services for corporate and academic users. The CCC obtain agreements with copyright holders, primarily academic publishers, and then arrange collective licensing for institutions and one-time licensing for document delivery services, course packs, and other access and uses of texts.

This free course is a professional development opportunity designed to provide a basic introduction to US copyright law and to empower teachers and librarians at all grade levels. Course participants will discover that the law is designed to help educators and librarians.

This publication contains the text of Title 17 of the United States Code, including all amendments enacted by Congress through March 27, 2020. It includes the Copyright Act of 1976 and all subsequent amendments to copyright law.
