Reference analytics fields will be added if:

• new use cases require the collection of new data;
• old use cases are updated (such as program review) and require the collection of new data.

Reference analytics fields will be removed if:

• there are no use cases that involve the collection of data from those fields;
• other tools collect the data in a better way.

All analytics collected via Reference Analytics will be stopped if:

• there are no longer any viable use cases for collecting reference data;
• other tools collect the same data in a better way;
• it becomes too costly (in terms of time or money) to collect data reliably.
